Rental Terms (Norwegian → English translation)
1. Duration of Rental
The rental agreement applies to the vehicle mentioned on the front page of this contract for the specified period. The vehicle must be returned no later than the agreed time.
Return is considered completed when both the vehicle and keys are received by the rental company within normal business hours. Returns outside opening hours are considered completed on the next business day. The rental company may require the vehicle to be returned earlier for valid reasons.
The rental can be extended by prior agreement with the rental company. The rental company has the right to retrieve the vehicle after the agreed rental period. Costs associated with this are covered by the renter.
Late return or gross violation of rental terms may result in cancellation of any discounts, insurance, or special agreements.
2. Renter’s Responsibility
During the rental period and until the vehicle is returned, the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle and its use.
The renter must pay:
Agreed rental price
Insurance premiums as per the rental agreement

One-way rental fees if applicable
